A loving home is currently being sought for a blind dog who was surrendered by his owner to the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (East) facility in Arizona. The dog, who knows many tricks, is being called “Awesome,” and a bit of social networking just might secure him an equally “awesome” home.

This week, one of this boy’s fans wrote:

Guys – there should be a line to adopt this dog
He’s an owner surrender, blind, and AWESOME.
He knows the word “treat” (lol. He’s fat) and “sit” and “shake” and VERY friendly.
His notes state he also knows “stay”, and is good with dogs cats and kids.
Someone come adopt him RIGHT NOW.
He requires some diagnostics to look into his blindness and weight and may require long term medical care. But I’m telling you he is worth it.

Why was he surrendered? I wish there was a national registry that people could be placed on. If they surrender one animal…..they do not deserve another. No excuses. Our fur babies should be treated just as family. They are with you until they cross Rainbow Bridge!

Entièrement d’accord avec vous, faire un fichier d’abandon pour ne plus leurs autoriser d’avoir des animaux.
