In Detroit, a horrible animal cruelty case is under investigation. The disturbing video shows an unidentified person dumping the body of an apparently dead, frozen dog outside of a liquor store.
According to Fox2Detroit, the owner of the First Class Liquor store called his friend, Lisa Jabbori and told her the heartbreaking story. The puppy had been tossed behind the store frozen to death. Its fluffy tail and paws were exposed to view and only partially covered by an old blanket. The owner of the store reviewed the surveillance footage.
“He actually saw a man in a pick-up truck pull up and dispose of the dog right there,” Lisa stated. “You don’t just take it outside and dump it. This person obviously has no empathy or compassion to do something like that.”
The man was driving a beige Ford F-150, and the video shows the dog in the back as the vehicle approaches, and when leaving only a snow shovel is in the back.
Detroit Dog Rescue is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible in this case. Volunteers from the rescue organization picked up the dog’s remains and had him cremated.
In this time of Arctic temperatures sweeping across the country, dog owners are reminded to keep their pets inside. No animal should be outdoors without the proper insulated protection. At this time, it is not known if the dog had been left outside because his owners were just cruel. It is hoped someone recognizes the truck and speaks up for this dog.

You and me both Theresa, the world would be a lot better place and before lining them up I would like the opportunity to cut off every appendage – stick them outside in our freezing cold and watch them freeze. Makes my day.
I’d be willing to drag them out of the way and herd the next batch in. Too bad that ALL ANIMAL ABUSERS don’t drop dead in their tracks. The world would be a much better place for us and the animals.

Hope and pray someone or cameras show who the owner is and throw him in jail but first leave him outside for a night without any protection. What this poor dog went through. Why are people so cruel? Just take your dog to the shelter and say you found it wandering outside and it is not yours. At least the dog would have been saved.
Find the SOB, strip his clothes off, water him down, and drop him off in the middle of nowhere.
