A little dog named “Big John” was allegedly killed by his owner, who told the authorities that she was tired of the 12-year-old dog biting her. According to the Miami Herald, 61-year-old Alice Evans choked Big John to death with his owner collar early Saturday morning after the dog bit her on the hand.

The truth came out after Evans went to Fishermen’s Community Hospital, in Marathon, Florida, for treatment of the small wound on her hand (which was described as the size of a pencil eraser). When Evans told the hospital what had taken place, staff informed the Florida Keys SPCA.

Evans’ decision to choke Big John to death has resulted in her arrest and a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.

Big John’s body was examined by a veterinarian, who confirmed that the dog died of strangulation.

  1. OMG! This is so freaking disgusting and so depraved! She could of re-homed the dog or taken it to a rescue! She is a danger to society,if u pissed her off she just might punch u! What an evil, evil POS!

  2. THIS is ONE EVIL , TORTUROUS , BITCH!!!! How in the HELL could she stand there and choke that poor dog while looking into his eyes!!! SHE in turn NEEDS to have a fresh HEMP ROPE , A CYPRUS TREE TALL AND STURDY CLOSE to a SWAMP with a few HUNGRY GATOR”S …. If they let her off with a SLAP on HER BITTEN HAND the JUDGE needs to be RECALLED !!!! Small wonder the dog bit her HE was ASSITUTE ENOUGH TOA NOW SHE WAS EVIL!!!

  3. You CUNT (apologies to all who see this, but my outrage overcame my self-censorship capabilities)!
    I’d like to strangle YOU!
I hope you’re sentenced to the MAXIMUM POSSIBLE PUNISHMENt and imprisoned!
    Rest-in-peace,precious little “Big John”…

  4. SMH: why didn’t she invest some time and train Big John not to bite??? Or sign him over to a no-kill shelter or rescue for rehoming???

No need to have killed a senior furbaby. I am doing everything possible to help my 14.5 year old furbaby fight liver cancer…… I can’t begin to understand how anyone could not have unconditional love for a senior furbaby…….

There is a special place in Hell reserved for this POS…… I just hope she gets there sooner vs. later……

RIP Big John. Your POS owner will burn in Hell forever for her cruelty to you…….

  5. VILE, EVIL, BITCH!!!! Why not take her dog to a shelter or rescue? If she’s capable of this kind of cruelty, then Big John surely had excellent reasons for biting this disgusting piece of excrement!

Besides at the age of 12, he might very well have had some kind of medical reason, such as arthritis, that made it painful for him to be touched (I had one who became like that when she got old).

It sickens me that the last thing this poor dog saw was his POS owner strangling the life out of him without his understanding why, after a lifetime of FORGIVENESS, she would turn on him. She ought to be locked up until she rots.

  6. I think she was always abusing this dog and she needed an alibi because she tortured and murdered Big John! I hope they never let her out of prison!

  7. I would have bitten this ugly, useless, piece of flesh myself. I HOPE SHE IS PUT INTO A computer somewhere and NEVER allowed to own or live in the same home as another pet!!! Karma…….. GO GET HER!!!!!!!

  8. What a POS BITCH! I adopted a Cockapoodle who was 9 months old and the owner told he nipped. Nipped my ass. He bit me so many times. I have scars to prove it.He bit me me on the face and many times on the arms and hand. The owner was a neighbor of my mom’s. My mom told me that the owner had 5 children and no doubt the poor dog was teased mercilessly. I kept that dog. Was very patient living with his many biting issues until I had to have him PTS after having him for 9 yrs .I loved him deeply. BTW I heard they got rid of his sister for the same issue. He was so bad my vet would have to use a strap around his jaw from biting him.
