A dog in Harris County, Texas, is at risk of being put down if a local foster home cannot be found. The dog, whose name is unknown, is already living on borrowed time – in fact, her review date has come and gone and she has been placed on the dreaded “e-list” more than once.

The most recent update, by the Facebook page Harris County Animal Shelter Volunteers, reveals the urgency of her situation:

Still need a foster! She is becoming VERY SICK in the shelter. She needs out asap!! We have a rescue who can help but she needs a foster and donations to help with her medical cost. I know someone out there can help this girl!!! Please share her video as much as you can!! Her review date is TODAY!!! Without a Foster by 5:30 pm on Thursday, she will be put down at 7am Friday.

Please network this six-year-old dog’s adoption information – she is quickly running out of time and may die if help is not found today.

  5. Was this dog saved? Did someone transport her to the person in Arizona who said they would take her.I’m praying that someone saved her.

  6. Come on Harris County – step up and give this dog a chance – ALL animals deserve to have a life and not be euthanized – there is some kind person who can step up and give this dog a home – she deserves to be in a safe loving home which she probably never had. HELP HER!!

    • Please , someone tell me she is still alive. I WANT HER ! I LIVE IN MARYLAND BUT IF SOMEONE WILL PULL THEM I WILL PAY THEM TO TAKE HER OUT OF THERE…THERE ARE TRANSPORTS OUT THERE THAT WILL BRING HER TO MARYLAND. PLEASE HELP ME SAVE HER. I CALLED THE SHELTER SHE IS IN. THEY WERE CLOSED AND YOU CAN NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. WHERE I WORK I CAN NOT GET TO A PHONE DURING DAY HOURS.

  7. OMG!! WHY? WHY? She is so beautiful! I can’t believe in this modern day and age that euthanasia is the only solution that the human race has for these homeless dogs! It’s unacceptable,it’s immoral and it’s WRONG!!!
