Officials in Clarksville, Tennessee, are seeking information in a case of animal cruelty involving a dog who apparently froze to death in the parking lot of a restaurant. According to Monday’s publication of Clarksville Now, a gray and white pit bull mix was found frozen in the parking lot of Grandma’s Apron Restaurant on Sunday.
The deceased dog was found frozen inside the bottom portion of a plastic dog house, with a blue blanket embroidered with the words “Little Puppies.” It is believed that the dog froze to death at the parking lot location.
The local animal control is hoping to receive tips to help them determine who is responsible for the dog’s death. Anyone who recognizes the dog, or who has information about this situation, is asked to reach out to the Montgomery County Animal Control Agency at 931-648-5750.
Individuals who were concerned for the welfare of a dog who was tethered outdoors in frigid temperatures in Massachusetts learned that after a huge social media outpouring, the dog was relocated. Dogs are not equipped to handle freezing temperatures and should not be left outdoors to suffer.

I looked up the restaurant and the site says “permanently closed.” It looks like it may be boarded up. Such a shame that the idiots couldn’t take care if a dog any better than this.????
