A man’s dashcam video captured a helpless dog being dragged behind a woman’s car in Honolulu, Hawaii. According to the New York Post, Johnny Cheng’s dashcam captured the disturbing situation last Friday around noon.
In the video, a dog can be seen behind a silver SUV – helplessly being dragged down the street. Cheng explained what he saw:
I was waiting for turn at the stop sign I saw the terrible scene…… I join with other two cars chase her try to stop her car. While chasing we keep press the horn to attract her attention. But she does not seem to hear at all……
He recounted what happened next:
Finally we stop her at the red light(intersection of Date street and Isenberg street). She came out released the dog and put into the back seat drove off without saying anything. This is the whole story, I do not know if this is accidental or intentional.(updated on Dec 17, 2017) ***my last update hear from the HPD she(the driver) bring the dog to see Doctor after the incident, this maybe an accident.
No word on whether or not the woman will face any charges or if the authorities determined that the incident was merely an accident.

This was no accident! Somebody had to tie the dog to the car! Get her license plate and prosecute her plus take the dog away from her, she has no sense!
No way do I this was not intentional – her reaction alone shows she was not unaware of what she was doing. This dog needs to taken away and she should be prosecuted for animal cruelty – probably won’t happen because of the lousy justice system for animal cruelty. Maybe someone who knows who she is will take it upon themselves to give her what she deserves.
Rescue this dog at once and put that woman in jail for life!
This was no accident, she knew what she was doing….please Rescue this pup from her evilness and allow him to be adopted in to a l9ving family…..she does not deserve that dog. And it deserves better than her. Put her trifling tail in jail.

this was no accident. Who ties an animal to the tail of a car and forgets that it is there?? No, this dogs needs taken from her and put with someone that has a mind that works. Next time, the dog may not be so lucky.
