Princess is a petite (41 pounds) young girl who has found herself on death row after being surrendered to a busy New York Animal Care and Control facility on May 24 by a person who claimed that she was a stray. Princess, identification number A1112978, is at the NYACC Manhattan facility and during her time there, she has been completely overlooked.
Tragically, this beautiful dog is now on death row and she needs to be saved – today.
A volunteer writes:
Princess has made a big turn around. Although I am still to see a smile on her face (she is very austere looking), she has loosened up a lot and really enjoys the company of her caretakers. She is quite obedient, sits at once on command, hops on the bench upon request and even gives paw without being pushed….She now takes our treats and begs for attention when we are…not paying attention.
Princess has run out of time – she needs to be adopted or tagged for a rescue organization today or she will be lost forever. Please share the following information to help this gorgeous dog find a home.
