A Clarksville, Tennessee man faces aggravated animal cruelty charges for throwing his dog against a window. According to the Clarksville Now, Joshuah Williams was arrested after an officer from the Clarksville police went to a home on Walnut Street on Tuesday after hearing a loud argument coming from inside of the home. The officer then reported he heard a loud yelp from an animal crying in pain.
As the dog’s crying quickly became louder, a man could be heard yelling at the animal, and that is when the officer witnessed the man throwing the dog against a window – the dog screamed out in pain. When the officer entered the home, he found a small white, injured dog barely able to move. The pup suffered from an apparent injury to his paw.
