On Tuesday, a Lowell, North Carolina, woman was arrested and jailed for allegedly stabbing her daughter’s dog to death. According to the Gaston Gazette, the woman accused of the heinous crime is identified as 37-year-old Nora Ineva Servidio.

Servidio allegedly stabbed her nine-year-old daughter’s dog in the eye and chest – the dog’s wounds were fatal. When the authorities arrived, Servidio tried to flee – after running out a back door, she was discovered hiding in a crawl space.

The father of the child, Ivan Ruiz, claims that the woman also threatened to shoot him with a handgun. In court, the man requested a temporary domestic violence order of protection. Servidio has been ordered to relinquish all firearms and she is prohibited from having contact with Ruiz, as well as with her family.

Servidio has denied killing her daughter’s dog – she claims that a roommate is responsible. Servidio is currently facing a felony charge for the incident.

  1. Another sicko, I hope they put her away for a long while she sounds like a menace! Threatening people with guns and stabbing your daughter’s dog, what else will she do?

  2. Definitely deranged and cruel woman She could have done that to her child too. I hope she is given a harsh sentence for the killing of the poor unfortunate dog. Justice for the pet and no mercy for her.
