White shepherd abandoned with muzzle duct taped now at high kill shelter

Zuboo is another victim of animal cruelty by an unknown culprit. On August 29, the five-year-old handsome white German shepherd was found with his muzzle duct taped; he could not eat or drink. Fortunately the dog was found in time and brought to the Downey Animal Care Center  where he has been on a temporary ten-day hold.
