‘Very weak’ Rottweiler out of time at busy Texas animal control

A six-year-old Rottweiler, who is said to be “very weak,” and falling down, is being held at a busy animal control agency in San Antonio, Texas. The dog, dubbed “Zully,” was apparently so weak when she first arrived to the San Antonio Animal Services facility that it was believed that she was paralyzed.

Zully needs to be adopted or rescued by a reputable agency…she needs to be examined by a veterinarian, provided with healthy, high quality food, and enjoying unconditional love. Zully’s “safe” holding period has already expired…time is of the essence.

This STATE NEEDS to seriously REVIEW the NEGLECTFUL AND PLAIN LACK OF CONCERN for Animal’s IN NEED OF RESCUE:::: NOT EUTHANISA :::::: at the drop of a hat !!! without out attempting to make changes in policy…. IS THE CHILD WELFARE DEPARTMENT LIKE THIS TOO!!!!! I for ONE wouldn’t doubt it ONE IOTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
