A Toronto man is alleged to have absolutely no remorse after throwing his two-year-old Beagle off a seventh floor balcony in the Scarborough high rise apartment where he lived on Monday.

According to the CTVNews, the dog died from his injuries. Adrian Foster has been charged with kill/maim/wounding dog and willfully causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. Police have not stated why Foster allegedly threw the dog off the ledge.

In a report by Global News, a neighbor who chose not to be named stated her son was furious as he watched the man intentionally throw the dog off the balcony.

“We were just crying and devastated, like the wickedness and evilness,” she said. “But he’s just sitting there, ‘Oh yeah, I did it. So?’ Like he had no remorse. He didn’t care.”

And the woman rushed to the spot where the dog fell and laid dying.

“I went over to the dog and then I’m like devastated because there’s nothing I can do,” she said, adding that she and her son called police who arrested the suspect. “The saddest part was when I looked at this poor dog and you could just clearly see the agony because the dog wasn’t even whimpering or crying.”

Rest in peace poor, innocent dog.

  2. This is horrible, I can’t imagine these poor people witnessing this and that poor little Beagle. I hope they throw the book at that POS and he gets to stay in jail a good long time! How I wish I could throw him off the balcony. Rest in peace little Beagle, I’m so sorry your life ended like this.
