N.Y.C man stuffed emaciated dog in suitcase and tossed it in dumpster

Authorities are asking for the public’s help finding the man they believe stuffed an emaciated dog into a suitcase and then dropped the bag into a Manhattan dumpster. According to the New York City Police Department, Bryan Lepe was witnessed leaving an apartment at 645 Water Street near Market Slip on the Lower East Side while carrying a suitcase on Wednesday, October 19 around 8:45 p.m.

Lepe is described as 25 years old, standing around feet-5-inches and weighing 125 lbs. If you have any information that might be helpful to police, call Detective John Glynn of the Animal Cruelty Investigation Squad at 646.610.7272.

New York 1, reports an employee from a private carting company found the starving pit bull inside the bag; it is suspected the dog may have been locked in the suitcase for two days before having been rescued.   1. The problem is that when found, New York’s insufficient laws will make a mockery of the terrible crime he committed, even if he gets the maximum amount of time for his offense. Yes, he’ll undoubtedly rot in Hell one day, but that day is probably too far away……

  2. THANKFULLY HE was Found before he suffocated or had a Heat Stroke!!! Maybe Lepe was an illegal and left the country If NOT maybe someone should help him off a Pier with a couple cement blocks holding him down, down, down!!!!
