Her name is Goosey, and for nearly 600 days, she has been without a home. In early June, the Associated Humane Tinton Falls shelter in New Jersey, issued a plea for help on behalf of the homeless dog to followers on Facebook.

The shelter wrote, “Me, GOOSEY, has been waiting now 1.5 YEARS (570+ days) to be adopted!!!!! Please share me far and wide!!!!!!!!” Goosey is described as a friendly, fun-loving dog (who doesn’t happen to enjoy the company of cats) who just cannot seem to catch a break.

The shelter wrote (on Goosey’s behalf), “I continually wonder “what’s wrong with me” as all my friends tell me I’m a super cool, easy going, beautiful gal and with all those great attributes I still can’t find my person.”

Screenshot (673)Goosey (formerly “Medusa”) could use the help of strangers to help her find that one special person who wants to call her “family.” Please share Goosey’s information and help make her dream of being someone’s companion come true.
