Please note that although Garland is classified as “rescue only,” shelter notes indicate the dog had a mass removed from his left elbow by the shelter staff veterinarian; therefore continued care and treatment require an interested adopter to sign and acknowledge a medical waiver.

Information has been shared indicating Garland may be a rare saddleback Siberian Husky; the resemblance is amazing.
