Holly is barely a year old and an unknown cruel owner never thought to take care of the young German shepherd. Instead she was found as a stray roaming the streets and brought to the open admissions Miami-Dade Animal Services where she is in dire need of rescue. Efforts are now underway to save the suffering pup.
According to Holly’s Pet Harbor listing, (A1822821), she is described as a young German shepherd mix – one-year-old, weighing 52 pounds and to be available for adoption or rescue by October 22. Click here for her Facebook page as advocates share her plight and pledge funds to help with her rescue. Offering to help with Holly, 100+Abandoned Dogs of Everglades Florida posted to their Facebook followers, they are raising funds for her medical needs and cannot turn their backs on such a desperate puppy:

Links not available ~ anyone know if this baby is finally safe???
I clicked on the 100+ link and it said “we have her”. Looks like they have taken possession of her. Shew!
I hope the rescue has her. I don’t like to see anyone donating to a group that does not have the dog in their possession.
Hi Everyone, I found her at that rescue… She was adopted and named WILLOW… Omg, she looks so much healthier and happier makes me cry tears of joy for once. In this picture on this page, they say she is young… Poor girl looks sad and old… But not now… Pray Willow has many wonderful years with her pet parent.
