Dog who survived house fire is now homeless

A young dog named “Yoli,” managed to survive a house fire (she even has the scars to prove it!) but she is now homeless at a busy California animal control agency. The two-year-old Chihuahua is currently at the Baldwin Park Animal Services facility waiting for someone to take notice of her.

On Sunday, a woman advocating on Yoli’s behalf wrote:

If you don’t have a fireplace, perfect! Yoli, is one lucky pooch, having survived that house fire and has the scar to prove it. You know what they say about scars – a sign of survival, of strength and determination. She is an inspiration!

She added:

It’s time now for her to find that perfect new home to adore her. She’s been at the shelter in the medical area since Oct 2! She spent Halloween there, so what do you think – isn’t it time for her to have Thanksgiving in a home?

According to those who have met Yoli, she is a “total love” who is good with both people, and other dogs.

This little survivor needs a new home – please help her find one by taking a moment to network her adoption information.
