In New Hope, Pennsylvania, Beanie and Milo were unceremoniously tossed aside. The two dogs were the collateral damage of a divorce and the failure of their owners to put aside their own anger. Brokenhearted and afraid, Beanie and Milo now cling to each other; all familiar aspects of their previous lives are lost and gone forever. Tragically, the two are very confused and very unhappy; they have no idea why they are not home.

Milo is a five-year-old sweet, little poodle. He is house and crate trained – weighs only 15 pounds and is dog and cat friendly. He loves everyone, is submissive and wants to be loved. His bonded little friend, Beanie is a dachshund mix, who is also five-years-old and weighs 22 pounds. He is house and crate trained and gets along fine with other dogs and cats too. Although the two are bonded, Beanie is definitely the boss and occasionally will grab a treat from Milo who allows it to happen. A Facebook page for the pair can be followed here or here.

At the current time, Beanie and Milo are being fostered in Lambertville, New Jersey, but circumstances have changed, and they soon must leave. It is now an emergency situation to help Beanie and Milo. Please share their plight with family, friends and social media contacts. It is preferred the two stay together.
