In Atlanta, Georgia, a litter of six-week-old puppies were orphaned on Monday after their mother was struck by a car and killed. It is unknown where the tragic accident happened nor why the dog wasn’t better cared for, but Angels Among Us Pet Rescue have stepped up to help. Angels Among us puppies orphaned

“I wish with all my heart that mama was still alive to care for her puppies but she is not. It is TRAGIC, heartbreaking! Can you help us step in for her?It really is the least we can do, and it is the right thing to do,” the organization wrote on their Facebook page to their followers. “We can help to make it better. It is what she would want.”
