An elderly, 15-year-old, blind dog finds himself locked away in a kennel run at a busy California animal control facility. The dog, named Chance, has been at the Los Angeles Animal Services – West Valley Shelter since May 21.

Imagine being a blind dog, trapped in a loud, unfamiliar kennel run. Imagine the fear and confusion of losing a home and family. Advocates report that Chance was surrendered by his owner, which means that he does not have a safe “stray hold” time.

Please share Chance’s information to help him find a family to spend the remainder of his days with.
